PAYMENTS

CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery for clothing. Sneakers cannot be paid for cash on delivery.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

On the Delux Store you can pay with: credit card, debit card or prepaid card belonging to any international circuit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and bank transfer.

IS PAYMENT SAFE?

Security is extremely important to us, so we want you to know that your information will be encrypted and safe. On the Delux Store, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed by a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standards, in encrypted form: your credit card details will be completely unreadable to third parties. We also only use secure connections, as demonstrated by the "https" prefix and the padlock symbol that appear in the browser address bar. To protect your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter the CVV2/CVC2/CID security code for each order.
We also take fraud risk seriously; all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your credit institution.
Our payments department will perform fraud checks before approving the transaction and, for additional protection, may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

HOW CAN I REGISTER?

Creating an account is super easy and free!
You can click thislink , enter the required information and choose a password.
Registered users can save their favorite products in their wishlist and access all information relating to orders and returns.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PURCHASE?

You don't need to register to purchase, but you won't be able to view your orders in your private area.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

To recover your password, simply access the following link and enter the email address you registered with.
You will receive an email that will allow you to save a new password for your Account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

To change your information, log in to your account by entering your email address and password and clicking "Edit" to update the information you wish.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Return costs are borne by the end customer.

You can only return/exchange unwashed, unworn, or damaged items within 4 days of receiving your package. To request a return, simply visit our Returns Center.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you've changed your mind about your purchase or need to exchange a size, book a return by logging into your Account .

1) Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order;

2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return;

3. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the guidelines for returning your package.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you find an irregularity in the order you received (faulty product, item different from the one ordered), send an email to info@deluxstoree.com following these instructions:

Please indicate your order number and the problem you encountered in the subject of the email;

Describe the irregularity in the body of the email;

Please attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.

Our customer service team will contact you within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue and arrange for the non-compliant item to be picked up by our courier. Once the collection date and location have been established, you will be emailed a waybill containing the tracking number. You will need to print it and attach it to the package before handing it over to the courier.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Depending on the shipping method you used, it can take up to 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it, we'll send you an email to confirm your refund.
All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used to place the order. The refund will be available in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

HOW AND WHERE DOES THE REFUND HAPPEN?

All returned items will be refunded to the same payment method used for purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
When an order (or part of it) is returned, we will only refund the price paid for the items and not any shipping costs, duties, etc. unless the entire order is faulty.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ON A DIFFERENT CARD THAN THE ONE I USED FOR THE ORDER?

For security reasons, we cannot refund you to a card other than the one used to purchase the money.

CAN I RETURN SNEAKERS?

We do not accept returns on Sneakers.
