Refund Policy

The return period for online purchases is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and is completely free. Our staff will guide you through the return process.

Right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification. You can find further information on the right of withdrawal in this section.

Who benefits from the right of withdrawal

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, Users acting as European Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from contracts concluded online (distance contracts) within the period specified below for any reason and without the need for justification.

Users who do not meet these requirements do not enjoy the rights described in this section.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner an unequivocal communication of his intention to withdraw from the contract.

To this end, the User may use the standard withdrawal form found in the definitions section of this document. However, the User is free to express their intention to withdraw from the contract in any other suitable manner. In order to comply with the period within which the right must be exercised, the User must send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

When does the withdrawal period expire?

  • In case of purchase of goods, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – appointed by the User and other than the courier – takes possession of the goods.

  • In case of purchase of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately or in the case of the purchase of a single good composed of different lots or pieces delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – appointed by the User and other than the courier – takes possession of the last of the goods, lots or pieces.

Effects of withdrawal

The Owner will refund all payments received, except, if made, those relating to delivery costs to users who have correctly exercised their right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Owner is informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The User will not incur any fees as a result of the withdrawal.

… on contracts for the purchase of tangible goods

Unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Owner or to another person authorized by the latter to receive them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the courier or other authorized person before the 14-day period described above expires. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User has provided proof of having returned them.

The User is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

Contractual extension of the withdrawal period

Without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal and any other legal rights, including warranty rights, the Owner grants Users an additional contractual right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. Therefore, the User may withdraw from the contract even after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

The contractual extension of the right of withdrawal is subject to the same conditions as the statutory right of withdrawal, including the provisions for determining the beginning and end of the withdrawal period.

Guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity of the Product

Under European law, the seller guarantees the conformity of the goods sold for a minimum period of 2 years from delivery. Therefore, the seller is required to ensure that the purchased goods have the promised or reasonably foreseeable quality, functionality, or characteristics for at least two years from the time of delivery to the buyer.

Where Users act as European Consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods applies to the items available on this Application in accordance with the laws of the country in which they habitually reside.

National laws of that country may grant such Users broader rights.

Consumers who do not act as European Consumers may enjoy guarantee of conformity rights under the legislation of the country in which they habitually reside.

Satisfied or refunded for the purchase of goods

Subject to legal provisions, the Owner grants Users the right to withdraw from a purchase with which they are not satisfied within 14 days of delivery of the goods and receive a refund of the price.

The Owner will refund the price of the purchased Product using the same payment method as the original transaction.
To exercise this right, Users must send an unequivocal communication to the Owner. While it is not necessary to provide a reason, Users are kindly requested to specify the reason why they wish to avail themselves of the money-back guarantee.

Within the same timeframe indicated above, Users must also return the purchased goods to the Owner, at their own expense, ensuring they are intact, clean, and suitable for resale. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Once the goods have been received, the Owner will verify that all the conditions of the money-back guarantee have been met and, if so, will refund the purchase price.

Satisfied or refunded for the purchase of services

Subject to legal provisions, the Owner grants Users the right to withdraw from the purchase of a service with which they are not satisfied within 15 days of the conclusion of the contract.

The Owner will refund the price of the purchased Product using the same payment method used for the original transaction. To exercise this right, Users must send an unequivocal communication to the Owner. While it is not necessary to provide a reason, Users are kindly requested to specify the reason why they wish to avail themselves of the money-back guarantee.

The Owner will verify that all conditions of the money-back guarantee are met and, if so, will refund the purchase price. The User will no longer have access to the purchased service.

CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery for clothing. Sneakers cannot be paid for cash on delivery.

On the Delux Store you can pay with: credit card, debit card or prepaid card belonging to any international circuit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and bank transfer.

IS PAYMENT SAFE?

On the Delux Store, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed by a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standards, in encrypted form: your credit card details will be completely unreadable to third parties. We also only use secure connections, as demonstrated by the "https" prefix and the padlock symbol that appear in the browser address bar. To protect your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter the CVV2/CVC2/CID security code for each order.
We also take fraud risk seriously; all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your credit institution.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Return costs are borne by the end customer.

You can only return/exchange unwashed, unworn, or damaged items within 4 days of receiving your package. To request a return, simply visit our Returns Center.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you've changed your mind about your purchase or need to exchange a size, book a return by logging into your Account .

1) Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order;

2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return;

3. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the guidelines for returning your package.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you find an irregularity in the order you received (faulty product, item different from the one ordered), send an email to info@deluxstoree.com following these instructions:

Please indicate your order number and the problem you encountered in the subject of the email;

Describe the irregularity in the body of the email;

Please attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.

Our customer service team will contact you within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue and arrange for the non-compliant item to be picked up by our courier. Once the collection date and location have been established, you will be emailed a waybill containing the tracking number. You will need to print it and attach it to the package before handing it over to the courier.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Depending on the shipping method you used, it can take up to 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it, we'll send you an email to confirm your refund.
All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used to place the order. The refund will be available in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

HOW AND WHERE DOES THE REFUND HAPPEN?

All returned items will be refunded to the same payment method used for purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
When an order (or part of it) is returned, we will only refund the price paid for the items and not any shipping costs, duties, etc. unless the entire order is faulty.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ON A DIFFERENT CARD THAN THE ONE I USED FOR THE ORDER?

For security reasons, we cannot refund you to a card other than the one used to purchase the money.

CAN I RETURN SNEAKERS?

We do not accept returns on Sneakers.
